Company culture
Kami Gawi Berjaya, this name was inspired by our ideals as an entity. The literal translation from Bahasa Indonesian to English, translates as ‘Us’, ‘Work’, ‘Success’. We are dedicated to sharing our values and fostering coordinated relationships within the Indonesian fashion industry.

Teddy Koentjoro
Teddy Koentjoro is a distinguished business leader renowned for his impact across retail, distribution, and education sectors. As Chairman of PT KGB since October 2013, he has driven the company's focus towards innovative design and high-quality lifestyle products, expanding its footprint to 15 retail stores under 'The Watch Co.' and 70 distribution channels across Indonesia.
His strategic vision has solidified PT KGB’s market position and growth. In addition to his role at PT KGB, Teddy co-founded HEI Schools Senayan in 2019, bringing Finnish educational standards to Jakarta, and 6616 Creative House in 2017, where he fosters creativity and strategic thinking. Previously, as Director of PT Intraco Lestari, he emphasized honesty and fairness, enhancing the company's reputation in the construction industry. Teddy's career is a testament to his dedication to innovation, quality, and strategic growth across various sectors.

In addition to his professional achievements, Ezra is a passionate watch enthusiast who has successfully transformed his hobby into a thriving business with his partners. He also loves connecting with people, a pursuit that fuels both personal and professional interactions. His love of photography further complements his interests, capturing moments and stories that enhance his creative and professional endeavors.
Florencia Widyastri
A mom, a jazz enthusiast, and a brand-building aficionado. With a heart full of optimism and a mind open to new experiences, Florencia has spent the last decade navigating the worlds of retail and beauty, always with an eye for the next big thing. The journey has been diverse – from the early days of managing operations to now leading marketing initiatives. Each step has taught her the importance of strong relationships, clear communication, and a good dose of adaptability.
Florencia believes in leading with compassion and authenticity, whether she's connecting with colleagues in person or virtually.
